Price

Prices displayed are in Canadian dollars ($), before taxes. They are valid within the limits of available stocks and may be modified without notice. Promotional offers are valid for the indicated duration and within the limits of available stocks.

The MISENCIL® and SKAYA® trademarks are registered trademarks.

Payment

We accept payments by credit card. Credit card payment is debited upon ordering.

Off-Network Sales

Our products are intended to be sold exclusively through our distribution networks. Any sale, purchase, or donation of our products for resale outside of these networks, in particular on websites, are prohibited and may result in civil and criminal prosecution.

Refund (Trainings)

No training, whether completed or not, is refundable, except in the event of cancellation of the training by BG BEAUTÉ.

Retention of Ownership

Goods sold remain the property of BG BEAUTÉ until full payment of the price.

Customer Account

A customer account is required with BG BEAUTÉ to make a payment.

Consumer Protection

BG BEAUTÉ reserves the right to refuse the sale of products if it deems that the customer does not respect the safety and hygiene instructions necessary for the protection of the consumer.

Brand Image Protection

BG BEAUTÉ reserves the right to refuse the sale of products if it believes that the customer harms the brand image by practicing unjustified discounts or any other practice that could devalue the brand and cast doubt on its reliability and quality.

Disputes

Any dispute arising from this contract will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, in the judicial district of Terrebonne.
