Refund policy

Return (Defect):

If you determine that the delivered product is defective, you have 10 days following the receipt of your order to contact us by calling 450-492-9984. After this period, no credit or exchange will be granted. The product must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order, complete, in its original undamaged packaging, as you received it, and without any added markings, labels, or other alterations. The product must be packaged in a way that fully protects it from shocks. BG BEAUTÉ reserves the right to apply restocking fees based on the condition of the returned product and reserves the right to accept or deny a return, credit, or refund. Return of Skaya Device and Cartridge: Please note that for these products, NO return or exchange will be accepted once the security seals on the device case or cartridges have been opened.

Return (Allergy): No credit or exchange will be granted in case of allergic reactions.
