Refund policy

Return (defectiveness):

If you determine that the delivered product is defective, you have 14 days following receipt of your order to contact us by calling 450-492-9984. After this period, no credit or exchange will be granted. The product must be returned within 10 days following receipt of your order, complete, in its original, undamaged packaging, as you received it, and without any markings, labels, or other additions. The product must be packed in packaging that fully protects it from impacts. BG BEAUTÉ reserves the right to apply repackaging fees depending on the condition of the returned product and reserves the right to accept or refuse a return, credit, or refund. Send the package back to us using the carrier of your choice (we suggest a tracked shipment) at the following address: BG BEAUTÉ, RETOUR 109B-115, rue Gaston-Dumoulin, Blainville, Qc, Canada, J7C 6B4.

Return of Skaya device and cartridges: Please note that for these products, NO returns or exchanges will be accepted once the security seals on the device case or on the cartridges have been opened.

Return (allergy): No credit or exchange will be granted in the event of allergic reactions.

Clearance products: Clearance products are considered final sales. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, regardless of the reason. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all items identified as clearance, destocking, or deeply discounted are excluded from our return and refund policy.

Due to the significant increase in customs fees and cross-border transportation costs, we are currently not accepting any returns from the United States.
All orders shipped to the United States are therefore considered final sales.
